Each person will have a different experience based on their weight, gender, metabolism, age, fitness level, and hereditary factors. As well as how much they implement and follow through with the program. I have had some women lose some as early as week 3.

I have a 14 day refund policy that if you finish module 1 and do the work and find that you are not happy or feel this isn’t the right course for you then I will refund your money.
